The scammers behind InstaDubaiVisa.com know that many visa applicants are worried and vulnerable so they tell them what they want to hear. This is an extract from their marketing blurb. "We are proud of the fact that our visa rejection rate is less than 0.02%, the absolute lowest in the industry. For a limited time only, we are offering a 100% refund guarantee, in the slim case your visa application is not approved by the UAE immigration department. We are the only company in the world offering such a guarantee!" Of course, it's nonsense. No reputable visa agency could possibly make such outlandish claims. My Filipina wife applied for a simple tourist visa to Abu Dhabi using their visa services. She paid AED 671. She must have been so unlucky to be one of the 0.02% who was rejected. BTW, since we got married, my wife has never had a single visa application rejected until she used InstaDubai. Go figure? Of course, the 0.02% rejection rate is fake, just like the 100% refund promise. Where possible, if you need a visa, then I recommend that you book your flight via one of the UAE airlines (Etihad and Emirates) and use the visa application services linked to their websites.
