Well they charge a lot and give false information. You will get the services while paying 3 times more money what you can get from other websites. They will get your visa processed by city tour and travels. You can book directly from there . I booked the visa from there and they gave the wrong information that it is valid for 14 days but when I originally checked with Dubai immigration, it was valid for 30 days. I got Covid and I thought that I don’t want to be an illegal immigrant and the InstaDubai visa agent told me to extend my visa for 14 more days and for that they told me to pay $270 but originally the visa extension was $130. Once I made the pay, I thought of calling Dubai immigration and came to know that my original visa was issued for 30 days stay in UAE. When I asked for the refund it was being told to me that they applied for visa extension, for which they never gave any proof. Also in there email it is being mentioned that the visitor visa are valid for 30 and 90 days only.So be careful when you are choosing there services because they can go to any extend to get money from your pocket.
