I’ve never previously had any problems with any items purchased or delivered by Duel, but my last order, the items arrived in a plastic bag, which I could see was wet inside. Upon me opening it, the box was soaked and sodden through. One of the bottles had opened and leaked everywhere, which as a result was only a quarter full. I then immediately emailed them to inform them, but nothing, I’ve had no reply whatsoever to date. Which leaves a nasty taste. Update - upon me submitting my review I was contacted by one of the owners Lee, who super understanding and helpful. He apologised, rectifying the problem and issue immediately. Top service, and much appreciated. This is what proper customer service is all about. Many thanks guys 👍🏻😊
