For anyone who intends to purchase a dvdfab product as part of the purchase, you can become a member of the technical forum for the products. The problem is that the person who runs the forum is a bad person called cat4u. He blocked me due to my complaints on the forum regarding a problem downloading from YouTube. He claims that I complained too much and that is not allowed. You don't get what you paid for, but you shouldn't complain too much because he claims that this is done so that you have many posts as if it were Instagram, which I assume makes a financial profit from. If you want a dvdfab product, consider it even though they really do have excellent products. I have many of their products and the only problematic product is streamfab.
