Ordered a rucksack at a great price. Quick despatch. Delivery delayed by Royal Mail, contacted e-outdoor & they responded very quickly & got it sorted. Packaging could have been a bit more substantial. Looks like the plastic bag it was in had been against something very hot as it had melted. Fortunately contents appear undamaged.
