The absolute worst.
- Don't communicate when they are sending someone onsite
- Don't communicate why someone is coming onsite
- If someone reports a building wide issue they don't communicate anything to the other residents to let you know they are aware of the issue or let you know when and if it might be resolved
- They charge ridiculous fees more akin to a large apartment complex with lifts and not a small converted house with stairs
- Completely obstinate to deal with and hide behind what they say they are legally compelled to do rather than what would actually be good customer service
- I see multiple comments below calling them a scam ... obviously I can't tell if they are literally breaking laws, but I'd certainly be interested to see them being investigated to see if everything is above board
