Eagerstates Ltd are without doubt the worst service provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are an horrible organisation who will use every trick in the book to squeeze unfair costs out of you. And if you challenge them, they will use aggression, rude threatening behaviour and intimidation to try and back you into a corner. Just do a Google search for "Eagerstates Ltd reviews" and there are several sites which all paint a consistent picture.
