Crooks who have been exploiting every trick in the broken leasehold system to line their slimey pockets. Tried to forfeit numerous leases in the building using incredibly unethical and underhand tactics. Numerous companies in bed with them, surveyors, insurance brokers, cleaners, electricians, all part of a massively corrupt overcharging racket.
It took 4 years to wrestle the freehold off of them, leaving my mental health in ruin as well as £20k in debt to get rid of them. Avoid at all costs.
