criminal organisation used to steal money. i bought a lease that was managed by a company called JAR, 6 months later the freeholder (assethold) decided to move managment to eagerstates, at which point service charges started to go up astronomically while at the same time service depleated. they will do work that is not required for huge sums of money. they will also attempt to put in section 20's to try to get work done that is over the £250 per flat, well worth getting an solicitor to produce observations on the section 20's to get them to back down from the work. getting rid of eagerstates takes forever. we are still ongoing the RTM process, because they are delaying the process. i've lost too much of my life arguing with ronni, if there was any real justice they would be shut down for good.
