Eagerstates Limited and Assethold Ltd These two companies are not landlords or managing agents as they do not do anything to manage their properties or tenants in any way other than simply try to unlawfully extract as much money as possible from them. They are crooks and thieves. They make up fees, charges, dummy invoices and falsify figures to steal from their tenants. They also illegally block any RTM applications so that they can keep on stealing from tenants. From the hundreds of reviews on many websites they are doing all this on a massive scale. We all know that the very few positive reviews have been submitted by themselves They need to be struck off and banned off by the authorities. Perhaps if everyone reading this writes to their MP and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities they will hopefully do something to investigate them and strike them off.
