Would give zero stars if that were an option. They own the freehold to our building. As reported by everyone else here they are a terrible bunch of crooks. We battled them and got our right to manage, so happy we did. I would advise the same to anyone else stuck with them. On the whole though Uk law is still woefully inadequate to deal with this sort of mafia. Regulatory reform is urgently needed!
