Possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I have lived in 2 places in Milton Keynes where Eagerstates are the managing company. Medina House had an issue with leaks in practically most of the flats and they failed to address it properly in due time. Granton House extraction fans in all flats are currently not working and haven’t been for a while! The bathroom has no windows so it is a legal obligation for the extraction system to be working. They say a replacement is due in March but knowing them I wouldn’t take their word for it. Incredibly rude staff over the phone too. So abrupt and dismissive. Terrible company.
