Just look at the first tier tribunal website cases and see what they're like. They are there every week and lose. They buy buildings at auction, take over the management and the hike up service charges. If they can't find something to do, they will criminally damage your property just to 'repair it' and send you the bill. They are receiving back handers from insurance companies and contractors alike. They fail to engage in any form of complaints procedure, they've been named on watchdog and other programmes. I cannot believe they are not in prison. Possibly the most dishonest family in the world. I don't know how they sleep at night.
