I was travelling in USA and then into Canada and bought separate data bundles for each location but unfortunately when installing the esim, this activated the wrong data bundle - there is no clear way to resolve this on the website or app (perhaps some self-admin development needed)
Anyways, after an unhelpful search through faq's and then chat with a robot, I got an email off a very helpful guy called Jim. 30 mins later and Jim has sorted this all out. It's good to correspond with someone with empathy and alls well that ends well as they say.
