I found it quite difficult to actually set the SIM up. Initially the SIM wasn’t working which was annoying , but using the ‘contact a human’ facility, ‘JIM’ was fantastic. He checked my set up via screenshots , luckily all of which were ok. It took a couple of days to sort it out mostly due to the time difference, and lack of wifi, but he was dogged and very patient. I appreciated having the same person to help rather than someone different each day. I cannot fault the service Jim provided. I would recommend easy sim to others. I give it 4 stars as it wasn’t working for 2-3 days but other than that it was great.
