It was very straightforward to install and use the eSIM, I got good coverage while using it (in Southern California) and appreciated the updates on my usage. I used to get a physical SIM when travelling in USA but this was so much easier - kept my own phone number and no fiddly switching of SIMs. I would love an eSIM that also had an option to make calls back to UK but other than that, it was perfect.
