I was unsure about buying an eSim and did a little research before trying this for my recent trip. I was a little nervous but I followed the instruction email and video clip and it worked really well. I had a couple of queries during the use of the easySim and my emails were answered very quickly and very reassuringly. Thank you, this has made this last trip easier and cheaper than previous trips.
