Great customer service from Jim. We’ve used easySim for a few trips now - it’s definitely great value for money and a fraction of the price of my mobile provider’s service…. Never any connection issues but buying Sims for similar emails in the household caused me some confusion so we contacted customer support and Jim was outstandingly good at settling the problems. Turns out I had deleted a SIM when not connected to WiFi (that can lead to it still being detectable sometimes) - but he was quick, polite, efficient and gave the sort of service that ensures we will come back repeatedly…. A definite 5* service….!
