I was managing the fulfillment of my orders through Amazon myself, but due to the high number of orders, I was unable to keep up. I hired a 3PL, but it was a mess. There were so many issues that my account got shut down. I was devastated. The Ecom Hoist team was very supportive and understood my concern. While they helped me reinstate my account, they also created a strategy for me with a hybrid model, including both FBA and FBM, which helped me minimize the order issues.
