I travel alot and used to rent from economycarrentals and had no problem so I recommended them to everyone but recently my car rental was a very bad experience in which I would not use their service again.
1- I received a less category car which was cheaper and of course I still paid the same amount.
2-they won’t return back my security deposit of 100€, I have sent them multiple emails and nothing.
