I live in a centrally located condo building where literally hundreds of packages are successfully delivered every week, from all sorts of companies. However, Eddie Bauer cannot seem to find the building. When my order failed to show up the first time, I telephoned the call centre and spent a painful 30 minutes explaining that the building exists, the address provided is not wrong, and that I still wanted the items. Sure, they said, no problem. Three weeks later, no order. The reason? They cannot find the building. Eddie Bauer, please get a grip and hire a competent delivery partner for southern Montreal. In the meantime, I will shop elsewhere.
