I ordered a shirt online, that I tried to return at our local mall store; the labels were all still intact. I've never had a problem with an exchange or return of items purchased from the store or online in the past. This time, there was NO order number anywhere in the package, and I still cannot find the order anywhere on my email. There was no way I could return this, even after calling customer service, even with a credit card #. Now I have an item that I will never wear. I will not purchase anything from Eddie Bauer in the future. Huge disappointment!
