I have worn EB jeans for over 20 years. Perhaps ten years ago I needed new jeans. EB Customer Service was able to look up exactly what I had previously ordered, making getting what I wanted easy and painless. A couple weeks ago, I again needed new jeans. "Customer Service" was no help whatsoever. They could not tell me what I ordered previously. The model number on my old jeans is now used for women's shorts. I gave up and ordered Levi's. Let me guess - they got a "new and "improved" system" that has less functionality than the old system. EB lost a lifetime customer.
