Had a visit 17th October from Eden staff member to service water cooler in SANDS AIRDRIE. Guy was called Darren, from Aberdeen (covering Airdrie) best visit yet. Guy was courteous, chatty and stood conversing with both staff and clients, whilst doing his intended job.
THINK SERVICE GUYS NEED TO KNOW THEY ARE APPRECIATED ON STORE VISITS TOO !!!!!!!
