The silkiest paint - wow, it glides. And no smell , and not drippy either. I prepared my extremely old, dull ( oil based) 19c skirting with 80grit sandpaper and a wash. The water-based eggshell adhered beautifully despite your wise cautioning against it. I gave it a second coat too. Love the colour.
