Communication is the key for any successful service call. The service tech, Jake came in a timely basis and immediately determined what the issue was. He explained what needed to be done and completed the task at hand. My experience with Winslow over the years has been and remains, that the polite and courteous manner their field staff maintains provides reassurance that what needs to e done, is done so as a customer it is one less thing I need to worry about. From a personal standpoint, that is necessary. The office staff also communicates which is necessary and consistent with what's required, that the service needed is provided.
