At the time of the service, everything seemed ok. However, we weren't using the heat yet. As a few weeks have passed, we started using the heat only to find the furnace is not working properly. Follow up service is expected tomorrow. Also, service rep, Ryan, seemed to misunderstand our account in that we were not on a service plan. He thought we were and that he was here for 4 hours. When I explained we paid by the hour, he finished - but, evidently, not good enough. We now have a malfunctioning furnace. This is an unusual experience with Winslow as we have always been very pleased with service.
