I was a first-time customer. Unlike most companies today, I was able to get through to a helpful person (Jennifer) quickly; Then, I was able to set up an appointment within just a few days and everything went smoothly. The electricianwho showed up was efficient and competent. Finally, when I called to get my invoice so I could pay my bill and apply for my rebate quickly, the billing department expedited the process and even called me to let me know they'd just sent me the receipt by email. I will definitely use EF Winslow again! Daniella
