I recently purchased a fridge instead of a freezer online and did not realise the mistake until I had partially opened item.When I contacted help center Mairead quickly helped to sort problem .Tks to Mairead and staff in KK shop and stores .I highly recommend Electro city and will deal with them again.D Fitzgerald
