I joined Elsby & Co as a client in June 2023 and have been impressed ever since by their friendly and professional team. Befor I joined Elsby & Co my family used the same firm of Accountants for 30 years. But Elsby & Co have given me a service I didn't think was possible. I am being looked after by Emily and I cannot fault her attention to detail down to the fact that she takes my calls immediately, there is never a delay, which is important to me. And she is always polite even when she knows I haven't got a glue what I'm talking about, which is frequently. Emily is working with my family preparing two different sets of accounts both of which are not straight forward! I feel I am in very safe hands with Emily and she is a joy to work with so all in all very happy.
