Graham Trainor, Head of Information Governance at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, has been consistently obstructive by refusing to respond to a SAR I made a year ago. The complaints department refuses to communicate with me so I had to get the information commissioner involved. Six months ago they told Graham to cooperate and respond to my SAR as a priority but he still hasn't done it. They say there's nothing more they can do and that I'll have to start legal proceedings against the hospital. What is Graham hiding? Why is he so hellbent on blocking me from accessing my own medical records? Graham is a spiteful little b&tch who is being extremely malicious. It would be a shame if he fell off a cliff and was never seen again.
