I made a purchase some time ago and I was dissatisfied with the product. I posted a negative comment on Facebook calling Ensars products a bunch of hype and what he was REALLY selling was the beautiful descriptions he writes of his products. I received a call from Adam ( Ensars Rep) and he showed genuine concern about my issues with the product. He recommended some other products that was more tailored to what I was expecting. I was impressed by the personal phone call and decided to give Ensar another shot and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. I just received my order of: Monsieur Oud Civet Oud Sultan Leather Attar WOW!!!!!! I see where he gets the inspiration for such poetic descriptions for these Attars and Ouds. I have bought hundreds of different "attar" and "Ouds" but having smelled Ensars skill I realize that I am NOW just entering the world of the DIVINE art of primal perfumery. I understand the price and it is worth it. You have a customer for life. Great business! Excellent Product! May Allah continue to bless you!
