The ease of use, the variety of options. I like how the website guide us when submitting the order to change cable table or reduce the power of the battery depends on our need.
What I didn't like is that after placing the order some pieces became unavailable which slow down the process of getting the pc specially that I'm placing the order through my university. Also, I faced another issue, which is replacing my name inside my website account and on my invoice with another customer name.
