Passed on black friday & noticed the 50% black friday sale, so my son & I thought we'd get his partner & our daughter in law some lingerie. We were looked after by Sam & she was just a dream, helped us pick out gifts then i decided to treat myself, she asked my bra size & she was horrified I'd been wearing the wrong size for years. Sam took me Downstairs for a measure, turns out i had been wearing 2 sizes too big 🤦‍♀️ she then took her time showing me the different bras & matching knickers, at the same time making me feel comfortable & not rushed, that i ended up purchasing 2 further sets for myself also, & wow what a difference in fit & comfort. Keep doing what your doing Sam, what an asset to the store.
