I really wonder about all the bad reviews. I have been shopping online since 1968. For the last 7 years, I've had deliveries because of where I live. I have never had serious problems with products or substitutions, the delivery men and women are all really kind. When choosing a supermarket for home delivery, I chose this online store because I had always shopped there and also because they deliver a good range of flowers with the food shopping. The website itself is a mess, and getting worse - someone is getting paid for fiddling with it constantly but not checking to see if it really works properly! But that's a minor grumble. I also wish there were a way of contacting customer services by e-mail. Also a minor grumble. Yes, I really do wonder why seemingly so many stores (recently, when one looks at the review dates!) are doing so badly?
