I love these shakes, particularly the vanilla ones. I find that either full milk - almond or skimmed - or half water / half milk works really well, and using a mini frother gives them a great texture. They're dead easy to prepare and I've found that both weight loss and maintenance, and mood maintenance is so much better than before I was using the shakes. Great discovery, am delighted, and finding it incredibly easy to use. Loving it!
