These shakes have made such a difference to me. It took me a while to adjust to meal replacements without getting hungry. In fact at first I snacked a lot, but I felt so much better within a week or so. Suddenly I was sleeping better, with less anxiety, the brain fog cleared and my energy levels increased dramatically. It made a difference to my work, my concentration was better and I could cope with challenges better than I had for ages. After a few months on the shakes now, I feel more healthy, I make better food choices and am finally losing some weight. Amazing product!
