I've just completed my first month with Eve Biology shakes and have ordered a second month's supply already. In truth, I approached the concept of menopause shakes with a little scepticism. I'm nervous about anything that might be a 'fad' diet, and suspect I associated the idea of drinking 'shakes' with the likes of 'Slim Fast' from my youth. I need not have worried however, because I was immediately reassured by the comprehensive research that's gone into the creation of Eve shakes and the positive experience of drinking them for a month. After a month, I feel lighter, healthier, clearer-headed and confident I'm hitting my protein, fibre, vitamin and nutrient quotas. I enjoy the taste of all three flavours, rarely feel hungry after drinking them and love the fact that the regime is 5 x a week and you get to eat a real meal in the evening. It's supportive and super convenient. A great product.
