I would suggest the template guide be available on the website when a person is making their order. The peple there could not get my image to fit. I changed it at least 5 times. Then one of the techs sent me the template and I fit it in the template easily, how I wanted it within a few min. That should have been shared the very first time. But I think it even better as an option on the website not just uploading the image.
