For starters, the customer service was extraordinary. From answering questions about pricing to assisting with design, the Fabric Sign Guys team were quick to respond and always helpful. There were a few moments when it seemed like they had not quite read through my emails entirely, but with the complexity of explaining a design through words, they did a very good job. When things were miscommunicated, it took very little time and effort to get things back on track. The team was dedicated to creating the best version of what was invisioned. It took much back and forth to get the best version of my design, but the team was more interested in getting it perfect, rather than getting it done quickly. The pricing seemed extremely reasonable and the product(while not yet delivered) looks like it should come out high quality. Additionally, the website and templates were simple and easy to use. Overall one of the better experiences I've had with an online based retailer.
