Absolutely fantastic customer service, the kind that is quite literally rare in which they are not only very knowledgeable but also extremely helpful, going above and beyond in their services and help with my order. The product itself (in my case a 10' stretch fabric backdrop) has arrived and I'm thrilled with it. The quality of the material is outstanding, the framework is sturdy yet light and very simple to put together, and the printing itself is sharp perfection! It's not quite 10' across (9' 9") so the description could be a little more specific, but overall absolutely superb! Why can't all companies be like this!?
