This is not my first purchase nor will it be my last. For this order I purchased several seasonings and unflavored chunks. While I'm not vegetarian I really like the protein products either straight or as an extender for meat. All types have good texture and don't go soggy in soups. As to the seasonings; I haven't gotten one I don't like yet. The ham is fantastic for vegetarian bean soup. Italian sausage goes well in ground turkey (1tsp per #) as well as crumbles. The old stand by beef and chicken are better than Knorr.
