Mine is great, bought 2 for clients. One of the two required multiple replacement frames. Awaiting a pre paid postage label and a refund still. Hopefully I hear back soon. My feet up is great, my client's is great, just got a bad batch, multiple times. Hence the 3 star review. Will happily come in with a 5 star if I can get someone to handle the postage and refund as this will be a chore to get all of these shipped back.
