I love it! It feels so nice, I read the booklet and copied the exact directions on "your first inversion" so I walked in to it from a downward dog. It feels great, takes a bit of getting used to but definitely less pressure than when you do a freestanding headstand. Comfortable to use, easy to put together and good instructions.
