They are a bunch of little SCAMMERS. They are so cheap that they put their name in the black list to steal from you also few USD if they can't can't steal money. They don't respect their own terms and conditions. They set rules not written anywhere and all this to steal your money. Please stay away, do not fall in their trap.
You can also be lucky with your chargeback from them like I was,Fosterboon.org got my money out when all my hope was lost.
