Have used Fire safety training over the last year for First Aid, Fire Safety & GDPR training and have been very impressed with the service. I have found all the trainers to be highly skilled and engaging. Where necessary they were also able to adapt their sessions to meet the accessibility needs of certain members of the group. Feedback from staff and volunteers after the training has been overwhelmingly positive. The customer service team are very helpful and professional, if I had any issues or queries it was always quick and easy to speak with someone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company
