I strongly advise anyone thinking of signing up with Flogas to look elsewhere. Every winter we have issues with refills with Flogas, they never deliver on time and I’m sick and tired of it. I’m a bulk/account customer and manage my own refills. I placed an order at 40% over 4 weeks ago and still have no confirmed delivery date, despite making 5 telephone calls to escalate and chase since the order was placed. They have now let my tank run down to less than 15% and still can’t confirm when my order will be delivered which is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I have elderly parents living with me and I’m now very concerned that we will run out completely. I am fed up having to constantly chase, along with the stress and worry about the prospect of running out of gas. Their customer service is shocking and the call centre staff just reel off the same script and excuse each time I call. I’m not interested in your excuses, you are failing in your delivery commitments to me as a customer. They need to sort out their supply issues or don’t offer the service in the first place and let a reliable company take over.
