Hi - I was disappointed when looking on your website initially, there was a pop-up offerring 15% off first order so I entered my information but no voucher or discount code was ever provided. I checked spam inboxes and evern tried registering a second time but nothing came through. In the end I purchased anyway but the lead-time was significant and then when the item arrrived the quality was a bit underwhelming. I was also frustrated that the frame came with corner mounting points rather than a central one and this doesn't work for the spot I intended to hang it. This detail should be communicated during the ordering process. Overall, I was disappointed.
