I would like to thank Ben for his kindness and professionalism. I ordered and received the item from Frameit online, the packaging was professional, the frame was being very well protected. I opened the box to see an empty frame without my picture inside, I immediately emailed them to blame for their mistake, but soon I realised the mistake was mine. It stated very clearly in red text below the Upload button that get in touch if you require printing services. Ben called and explained it to me patiently, he even offered me the printing for FREE even though I was the one to blame. Very Very happy with the way they treat their customers, I will come back for more frames in the near future.
