I have 2 original fugoo speakers that awesome! The new one or terrible! Sounds so tinny my ears hurt!
I’ve been trying to return the speaker and have contact the company 4 times. The customer service is as bad as the speaker. I’ve had to claim a dispute with my credit card because no one is helping me with my issue. All I want to do is return it but I can’t even get a shipping label from fugoo. There was also no invoice in the shipping box!
I will never buy a fugoo again. Which really bothers me since I’ve always been such a big fan!
